As I suggested earlier, get in touch with your local community council 自治会.

So the guy who doesn't care about laws or tickets will care about that? I think you have a much greater respect for their ability to deal with issues than I do.

Cranky has probably been around the block more than once or twice. I'm sure he knows that it's about proper channels. Coligny shows good faith by going through his community leader first, and working his way up the chain of command. It shows he cares about doing things right, and is not a fucktard like his new little friend.

I once had a crazy dude across the street from me who would wake up every morning at 6am and scream for 10 minutes at his neighbor including comments about strangling him and his family. Cops and community couldn't do anything about it. I moved out after a year but it had been going on a decade already.

:rotfl: oh my god, that is exactly what he was like, cept a guy. At the time I was so upset that they wouldn't arrest the guy but now I'm older I realize the neighbors putting up with him was better than the damage it would have done his family who were innocents. Not their fault their father was a freak.

Really funny how you can threaten people, have the police involved on numerous occasions, but nothing changes

End of the day the crazy old guy is not very different from a stupid dog who barks loudly at all hours of the day and that's how they treated the situtation, just an old crazy guy barking. Lukily I rented and could move. Feel sorry for the people who owned homes. If I had owned the home instead of just renting I'm pretty sure my only option would have been to either put up with it, or scare the man so much that he wouldn't think about making a noise again for the rest of his days.

I dunno, would seem to be their responsibility to shut the idiot up. In most countries that family would be the ones driven out...
Lemurs (lē′·mər) are a clade of strepsirrhine primates endemic to the island of Japan. They are named after the lemures (ghosts or spirits) of Roman mythology due to the ghostly vocalizations, reflective eyes, and the nocturnal habits of some species.

Name & shame?
Every time the enemy does his shenanigans, go out, take photographs, call the cops, they won't come, call them again and say they will be held responsible in case of medical emergencies, then take more pics with cops around his car sucking their teeth, put them in a fancy album with a nice bias story on how he does not care about the children and the wa, make one million copies, distribute to the neighbourhood, city hall, cops, nato, rinse and repeat, eventually profit.

Or you spend 5000 yens on junkies so they come and rape him.

This is actually pretty good

Speaking of shitty neighbors, as soon as I got into the office (residential area), the construction people that are building behind us here were blocking the road to unload some wood and stuff. Just like when I used a crane to pluck my sofa from my last place, within 30 seconds there was some old fucker behind the truck, screaming his head off, demanding that they move the truck immediately, with lots of chest puffing and rolled r's. (in my case, the sofa was literally hanging in the air and I had some old hag screaming about it like they could just step aside to let her pass...I just smiled and waved) All this while everyone else just takes a different route around the temporary blockage. Certainly these people have some sort of undiagnosed mental condition or are they just too old to give a shit about the wa?

I wonder... is it considered assault to use water from a garden hose to fend of aggressive people from your own property ? Technically speaking it can be likened to a gardenning misshaps... maybee...

Not if your garden only has concrete in it - like yours looks it does from the photos.

I am starting to build a picture of you barracading yourself in your bunker, surrounded by screens and watching the neighbours and all their transgressions. Just as long as you don't start booby trapping the no-park zones with cluster bombs I think you are OK.

No, there is actually plenty of plantation zone/space.
Mom every year decide to grow new stuff then usually around mid july get bored with it and stop watering, so either it dies or it get totally out of control... the persil started to look like a tree...
plus we are losing around 10% of the asphalt to overgrown... things.... that also climb walls... but give cool flowers so we don't firebomb them...

now... boobytraps...

i have to go back to mah 4n4rchist cookbooks...

That reminds me of the infamous Wakayama poisoned curry rice incident...
Remember this crazy wackjob that was put away for allegedly poisoning a bunch of people in 1998? It took forever before the keystones actually arrested her, and she got in the habit of spraying reporters etc. with a garden hose (and cackling away while doing so).

In my experience of "matsuri curry" arsenic is redundant, as I'd kill myself before eating it. Gives muck a good name.
