Yeah there is, he hasn't figured out how far he can get with a prerecorded g'night message yet :D
Lemurs (lē′·mər) are a clade of strepsirrhine primates endemic to the island of Japan. They are named after the lemures (ghosts or spirits) of Roman mythology due to the ghostly vocalizations, reflective eyes, and the nocturnal habits of some species.

It's more or less the same thing as sending out your CV with gayboy@blowme.cum as your primary contact. Good luck with that.

It's possible, but I was told it's best to have a business address in an office building. Apparently the authorities scoff at the idea that you can code in your pajamas. It's the same in the US, by the way - if you're just starting a business you can run it out of your bathroom, but if immigration is involved you need a business lease. Go figure.

If this is the case, the thread is "Office space", not "Office space, kind of." And from

you want more than a serviced office can provide. So you are looking for someone who owns a commercial building in the Tokyo region. You never know, someone here may be in that situation, but it is pretty unlikely. It sounds like you should follow up with real estate agents as your most likely bet.

Why Tokyo? If your employees will be telecommuting, office space in Saitama or Yokohama would be a lot less expensive.

ya this would be easiest. if you need help with this I can put you in touch with my friend there. I have known quite a few of these girls for years so I can put you in touch with the decicion maker to make life easy. the only issue i have ever heard with servcorp (japan) is that they take a bit longer than their austrailian counterpart. i figured this was because it is Japanese ran and a few of my friends had said more or less the same thing...
