Remove all the cute quirckiness of the previous generation, add an even worse engine (90 hp instead of the already anemic 110 hp ) Keep the dirt cheap cattle class hard plastic interior...
and... ? profit ?

That's ... um ... unfortunate.
As you suggest: take the most blah design concepts from the most blah cars on the market and combine them in the most blah way imaginable. Think I'll pass.

Still love the X-trail though.

Why on earth do they waste time and ressource to make a Toyota Camry when I'm pretty sure T would give them the old dies and tooling for pennies...

For those left scratching their head on the Primera's picshure... It's a 2002 design that didn't age at all, still looks quite classy with a nice interior. Looks much better IRL than in picts

At least there is still the Juke...

(BTW, these cars are all the same color... but with Nissan it's not a surprise, the color choices are usually desperately poor. 3 Level of silver, white, black,
and if there is still some leftover limegreen, metal bordeaux, metal blue, but only on the cheaper models, maybe because if everyone got a silver March the local supermarket parking would turn into an insane asylum with people unable to find their car)

I seem to recall that this model had the official name "Naked". Or was that a similar model of the competition?

Never bought one of those Rasheens, but the design had something special. This is the more surprising, since it was before Renault got involved with Nissan when the model was released the first time.

It's the Daihatsu/totoya Naked that is a complete ripoff.

As for the Rasheen... It's like a baby hummer... low wide but overall small... Would buy one without second thought if it was still available...

Always loved the Figaro.
Still see 'em around from time to time, and they're still sexy.

Unfortunately, I doubt that my sexy bod would even fit in one.

It's as if Nissan has followed suit with Toyota's super bland (lack of) style.... Used car prices should start to rise as I can't imagine anyone buying that shit.
Lemurs (lē′·mər) are a clade of strepsirrhine primates endemic to the island of Japan. They are named after the lemures (ghosts or spirits) of Roman mythology due to the ghostly vocalizations, reflective eyes, and the nocturnal habits of some species.

I could imagine myself crossing the desert in that car. It has potential to become a cult car, like the Mini. Unfortunately, I also have a practical side and a family, which makes me buy mostly cars with square shapes.

The supply of late-model used automobiles is low this year because Americans are keeping their automobiles longer than they used to. As a result, the cost of a year-old used car is now only slightly less than that of a similar new vehicle. Another factor is that some automakers have cut back on production to stay in line with demand. With fewer vehicles being made, the resale value goes up. Used car prices approaching new car prices
